We believe that a healthy organization sees itself as a living organism; it is made up of heart, mind, strength, and soul. Each of these parts are crucial to the health and success of a business.

Through a customized three-part process, we'll coach your leaders to recognize an unhealthy culture and build rhythms and practices that will lead to healthy leaders, healthy teams, and a healthy culture.

SURVEY:
Customized, in-depth survey for your entire team/organization, measuring the health of your culture.

CHATS:
90-minute one-on-one "chats" with select team members from your organization.

DESIGN:
Based on the Culture Audit results, we'll build a strategic plan and provide coaching with executive team and team/department leaders.

IMPLEMENTATION:
We will work with you to install healthy practices into your team’s weekly, monthly, and annual rhythms.

MONTHLY CHECK-UPS:
A customized, concise survey crafted from the Culture Audit and Build, sent monthly to a cross-section of your team.

QUARTERLY REPORTS:
Quarterly index report to your Leadership Team tracking/measuring the health of your organization’s culture.
